Today was incredibly fun! I spent the day at Six Flags Great America, less than two hours away from downtown Chicago in Gurnee, Illinois.

With several soaking wet water rides and more roller coasters than you can shake a.. uh.. one of those pointy things at, I spent a good five hours roaming the park and going on everything I could. There were practically no lines either since it's a weekday, which was awesome. The water rides were a godsend today since the temps have been in the higher end of the 90's and the humidity's been ruthless.
